Products purchased on this site are sold 'as is' and can only be returned if found to be defective upon initial inspection after receipt by the purchaser.
Customers have 7 days from the date of shipping or 1 day after confirmation of delivery has taken place to claim. All claims must be submitted via our online contact form and be approved by The Code Word Customer Service. The defective item should be returned in its original packaging at the expense of the purchaser.
A replacement product will be shipped to the original ordering party's address or a refund will be issued (of the product value only) upon the return of the defective item in its original packaging.
Return freight costs to the purchaser's ship to address will be at the cost of The Code Word. No refunds will be made for original shipping costs paid by the customer for returned items unless agreed by The Code Word.
